Planning requests

A website form, Mission Planner submission, or account creation does not by itself create a scheduled flight, guaranteed service date, or guaranteed deliverable.

Scope and scheduling

SkyRotors confirms project scope, price, availability, applicable authorization, and safe/legal operating conditions before flight. A quote or agreement may add project-specific terms.

Weather, airspace, and safety

Operations may be delayed, rescheduled, altered, or declined when weather, airspace, site conditions, law, safety, or operational limitations require it.

Quotes and changes

Material changes to an approved quote or scope may require renewed approval before work proceeds.

Capture assurance

If an agreed essential shot is missed because of a SkyRotors capture error, a reasonable recapture may be provided without an additional service charge, subject to safe/legal conditions and site availability. This is not an unlimited guarantee.

Usage rights

Usage rights, ownership, delivery terms, and any white-label or non-solicitation terms are defined by the applicable project scope or agreement.
