Property Manager Storm Documentation Checklist
A current baseline and a dated post-event exterior record help owners and vendors discuss what is visible at the property.
Prepare a baseline
Identify buildings, roof sections, façades, exterior amenities and access points. Save dated views before an event when possible. Agree on permission, site contact and stakeholder recipients.
After the event
Send the address, known hazards, access status and the areas you need documented. We confirm operational feasibility before scheduling. Emergency activity, unsafe conditions, weather and airspace can prevent a flight.
Organize the record
Keep overview and detail views linked to building or area names. Compare only matching views. Add vendor before-and-after visits when work is authorized and those records are useful.
Who makes the findings
SkyRotors documents visible conditions. Your contractor, engineer, licensed inspector or adjuster determines repair scope, structural condition, cause of loss or coverage. Priority service is reviewed; immediate dispatch is not guaranteed.
