2. Record client project/job and PO/contract references
3. Identify access, launch/recovery, areas to avoid and requested capture areas
4. Choose monthly, biweekly or milestone cadence
5. Select key views for owner/lender/PM reporting
6. Use Compare Dates only for matched/repeat viewpoints
7. Track visual notes as Open / Resolved without making engineering conclusions
8. Confirm next planned visit and stakeholder recipients
