Privacy Policy
SkyRotors respects the privacy of clients, prospective clients, website visitors, and delivery recipients. This policy explains what information we collect through skyrotors.com and FlightDesk, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, company, email address, phone number, billing or accounts-payable contact information, project or property address, project descriptions, quote requests, files you upload, comments, approvals, electronic-signature information, and communications with SkyRotors. FlightDesk also records operational information needed to secure and document service delivery, such as account verification status, delivery access, agreement status, file versions, review decisions, download activity, timestamps, and security or rate-limit events. When a prospective client follows a prospect-specific SkyRotors outreach link, we may also record an opaque prospect reference, pages viewed, visible-page active time, scroll depth, selected calls to action or form submissions, referral context, and campaign parameters so we can understand whether the information we sent was useful and follow up appropriately. We do not place a prospect email address, phone number, or name in that website engagement reference.
If you use project-planning location tools, we process the addresses, map points, or device location you choose to provide. Device location is requested only when you choose a location feature that requires it.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Square. SkyRotors may store transaction status and related invoice, order, or payment identifiers needed to reconcile a project. Payment-card numbers and card security codes are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in SkyRotors FlightDesk.
How we use information
We use information to respond to quote requests, create and administer client accounts, plan and perform services, prepare quotes and agreements, deliver media, provide support, process billing, maintain business and audit records, secure the website, prevent abuse, improve our operations, and measure whether prospect-specific outreach and website content are relevant enough to merit follow-up.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business and website, such as website hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, CRM and prospecting providers such as HubSpot and Apollo, mapping providers such as Google Maps or Mapbox, and Square for payment services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Cookies and similar technologies
SkyRotors and its service providers may use cookies, local browser storage, or similar technologies for account sign-in, security, session management, preferences, website analytics, and sales-engagement measurement. Where enabled, HubSpot may record website traffic and associate activity with a known contact after an identifying interaction, and Apollo may identify visiting companies or contacts according to the capabilities enabled for the SkyRotors account. SkyRotors prospect-specific engagement tracking is activated only when a visitor arrives through a tagged outreach link and stores an opaque reference rather than personal information in the URL. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are respected by the SkyRotors prospect-engagement script, and third-party tracking is also subject to the site consent configuration where applicable.
Media and record retention
SkyRotors uses a policy-driven media retention schedule. Working, proof, or reference media placed in the delivery system is generally retained for 30 days. Final deliverables are generally retained for 90 days from the file-ready date. Final deliverables for an account explicitly designated by SkyRotors as a large or strategic account may be retained for one year. FlightDesk displays the applicable availability date when one is assigned. Files may be archived from client access when the retention date is reached. Signed agreements, transaction records, account records, audit history, and records needed for legal, tax, dispute, security, or business purposes may be retained longer.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect information, including private delivery storage, authenticated delivery access, verification controls, role-based administrative access controls, and activity records. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact SkyRotors to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements. Client account settings also allow certain account and notification information to be updated directly.
Children
SkyRotors services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
Third-party services and links
Our website may link to or use third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
